Furthermore, the behavior of Capgemini's HR personnel was unprofessional and insensitive. I encountered instances of rudeness, dismissiveness, and a lack of respect for my time and efforts. It seemed as though they were more concerned with ticking boxes rather than genuinely engaging with candidates and understanding their needs and qualifications.
Overall, my experience with Capgemini's HR process has left me with a negative impression of the company and its culture. I expected better communication, professionalism, and respect throughout the recruitment process, and unfortunately, Capgemini failed to deliver on these fronts.
