The hiring process is pathetic and the worst. I have not encountered such a hiring process in my entire IT career.
Even after clearing the telephonic, technical, managerial, and HR rounds, they have not released the offer letter, stating that due to business constraints, they are not offering an employment letter at this time.
The HR/recruiters were unprofessional. Initially, they told me they would only give me a specific CTC, and I even agreed to work for that offered CTC.
Despite sending several follow-up emails regarding the offer letter release, they repeatedly told me I would receive the offer soon.
When I pressed for a final update, they stated that approvals had not been received, and so on.
