This is a sign that these kinds of tech giants hire a lot of developers for a project and then lay them off just as quickly when they are done.
I was interviewed by a person who seemed unprepared. This individual posted questions from every part of my skillset but was so unskilled.
For a developer with over 5 years of experience, he was asking questions on OOPS concepts. The most irritating part is that he never gave me a pause to answer!
He exhibited such an attitude. He would post a question and then immediately say, "It's okay, you don't know that."
A couple of days prior, I interviewed a candidate from Capgemini with 6+ years of experience who didn't know the difference between WCF and WebAPI!
I doubt if these people are capable of doing anything.
Please don't waste your time with these kinds of "cow sheds." I would suggest any passionate developer join a proper organization where they can have good career growth.
