The interview process includes a written test, followed by a technical interview and an HR round.
The written test consisted of questions from strength of materials, finite element method, and fatigue analysis.
The technical round included questions on nonlinear analysis. Candidates were also asked to:
- Describe their approach for a sample problem.
- Detail the loads and boundary conditions.
- Explain the formulation and simplifications to be used.
