Attended an interview in Bangalore at the RMZ Ecospace office. The interview was mentioned as scheduled, but they called so many people and had only two panels for Java interviews. I reached the interview location at 10 am, but my interview was conducted at 1 pm. The interviewer seemed in a hurry to finish reviewing resumes. Every time they reviewed four resumes, they asked four layman questions and judged based on those.

Advice to the interviewer: Please value the other person's time and efforts. Most importantly, get educated on how to conduct an interview.
