The recruiters at Capgemini are the worst set of recruiters I have come across to date. Each person seems to be living in a silo, and therefore, at least 10 recruiters will call you to schedule your interview.
The only good thing about the whole process was the interview level, which was in line with the JD. Once you clear the interview, they begin with their never-ending document requirements and background checks, which take at least 3 weeks or more. I am still waiting for the offer letter.
The recruiter asking for documents will promise to release the offer within 30-45 minutes, and then you will keep following up endlessly for 2-3 weeks, with their fixed response being, "It is under process."
On top of all that, even after you have cleared the interviews and are waiting for the offer letter, other recruiters will call to schedule your further interviews. You will keep explaining when your interview was scheduled and when you took it up.
It is truly frustrating to deal with these people. It was a blunder to interview at Capgemini; I would not recommend it to anyone.
