I have attended two interviews in the past month. I told them I was not interested in attending a second interview, but they insisted.
My first interview was scheduled when I arrived. I saw a lot of people and waited from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM, but no one called me. I then saw the HR and interview panel members going home. The individuals who took our resumes began interviewing us, asking for "tell me about yourself" and details about roles and responsibilities. After 30 minutes, they announced that no one was selected. Not only me, but the other 50 people were also not selected. (If you call us for an interview, please take it seriously. We waited five to six hours for nothing.)
This was my second attempt. The interview panel did not show up, and I waited from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Then, one person appeared, conducted interviews for 25 people for two minutes each, and announced that all 25 were not selected. (Both interviews, I gave my best shot and all my answers were correct. My English is good.)
This is a worst company. I do not suggest this company to any of your friends. Thank you.
Tell me about yourself. What are your roles and responsibilities?
