They don't have the relevant panel to conduct interviews. Interviewer doesn't know anything about the technology you have applied for. Wasted a whole day in a not so worthy interview. Got selected in the first round that was telephonic and in the second round the interviewer gave me one program to solve and was roaming outside for more than an hour.
