I received an email from an HR representative at Capgemini regarding a Test Lead position. I applied and attended the interview. I performed well, so a week later I tried to follow up with the HR representative who scheduled the interview, as I had not received any update. She neither answered my calls nor replied to any of my emails.

Four weeks later, I received a call from another HR representative who informed me that I had cleared the round. She told me that she would schedule the second round for me. It has been three weeks since she said that, and there is still no update.
