Pros: - Good salary - Excellent work tools

Cons: - Poorly estimated projects and exceeding timelines.

Pros: 100% Home office. And I think it's the only advantage. They boast about offering everything they are obligated to by law.

Cons: They eliminated personal days. Very inflexible, they ask for about 3 months' notice to request vacation. Salary increases are a joke and they deceptively modify the requirements to get one so you won't be a candidate for an increase. Superior benefits are grocery vouchers and SGMM (comprehensive health insurance), but it's still very far from what OEM companies and suppliers offer. Very low salary range for the type of position. WAY TOO MUCH micromanagement. Avoid them at all costs, they have a lot of turnover and, according to them, there are never any profits. They are super insistent with their surveys; it seems the questions are rigged so that they always look good.

Pros: If you're leaving university and need to gain experience, it's a good place to be for 1-2 years and look for something better elsewhere. On the other hand, it's a good place if you enter directly into a good position. They offer good grocery vouchers and, in many positions, remote work.

Cons: They don't pay overtime, at most they give time off in lieu. Sometimes they expect you to stay late and work weekends. It's impossible to get promoted within the company. Even if they make a counteroffer, they barely increase anything. They don't give raises, or at most 2%.
