Worst experience! Scheduled time was from 9:15 AM to 1:00 PM. Not even one round was completed by 5:00 PM. When asked by noon what was happening, they replied they weren't expecting such a large turnout and had very few panelists. If that was the case, why allow consultancies to send candidates without a limit? All candidates were made to wait without even being offered lunch. Most who arrived from 9:00 AM (including myself) waited until 4:30 PM. Around 80% of candidates, including those with 4+ years of experience, left frustrated. There was no planning whatsoever. They just made a bulk call-up on a weekend and expected people to go home after waiting an entire day (9+ hours) with not a single round finished (not even a questionnaire). Extremely poor. Looking at the reviews for the Bangalore location on Glassdoor, the majority mention low pay, zero hikes, no projects, etc. This is one more reason not to attend. This review is not exaggerated; I had high hopes when going. Then I experienced the process and filtered Glassdoor for the India location, which brought my hopes down to zero.
