It is the best company for freshers, which provides more opportunities to increase our knowledge.
There is nothing to say as downsides of Capgemini organization.
Nothing to advise. It's better to do work from the office thrice a week to improve our communication between peers.

The interview was good and conducted on time. The interviewer answered my queries politely. The questions were asked on core aeronautical topics. The interview lasted around thirty to forty minutes. That was a nice session.
