Very smooth interview process. It was such a great experience in my life. This was the first time I have taken an interview. I am really thankful to the Capgemini talent acquisition team for that. I am proud to work as a Capgemini employee.

For On-Campus procedure, there are 3 steps: 1. Aptitude and English Written Test 2. Technical Round (related to your job role) 3. HR Round (Tell about yourself and about the company, why you want to join here, your aspirations, and motives)

The interview was good and conducted on time. The interviewer answered my queries politely. The questions were asked on core aeronautical topics. The interview lasted around thirty to forty minutes. That was a nice session.
