Alright for freshers
The company provides good training and a more or less smooth transition into IT if you're coming in from a different branch altogether.
Employees are usually friendly, so it's easy to communicate with them.
Salary is very low according to today’s inflation.
No/very low hikes.
Company doesn’t provide free transport either.
One will be mostly put in a testing/support project only. It’s difficult to go from manual to automation testing, and even more difficult to go into software development.
A few employee benefits will go a long way.
Employees should get more chances to go into a different domain, and shouldn’t have to wait a minimum of 18 months to do so.
Hikes should increase and be regular.
