The interview consisted of two technical rounds. The final round was an HR discussion. The HR representative did not seem to have much interest in the candidate. No further communication was made, even though the salary was agreeable to both partie

First contact with HR, followed by a technical interview with other technical teams where they explain the hierarchy within the data department.

It wasn't consistent, I guess because of the holidays. They don't manage candidate expectations well. They don't give real feedback; they tell you everything is fine, but suddenly they remove you from the process.
