Pros

A good starting job for breaking into an IT career.

As with any Service Desk job, it can often be stressful with unreasonable demands, but it's excellent for getting your foot in the door.

Cons

Workplace culture is toxic. On a typical day, work is hectic and there are not good managers. Your efforts are unnoticed or ignored. Management doesn't care about your career; everybody is busy on their survival.
