A general online application with standard 250-word questions. Then a video interview with tests, including timed reading comprehension. Finally, an assessment center where there was one group exercise, one interview, and one individual exercise.

After a successful first interview, I was invited to a second stage. However, I did not receive a definitive answer, despite requesting an update. An absolutely shocking experience.
