- Good infrastructure.
- Good facilities like a canteen, gym, and swimming pool, etc.
- Policies are not employee friendly.
- Cost cutting is at its peak here.
- It is very difficult to reach management for conveying your concerns.
The employees that you are leading are the pillars of the company. So take good care of them. Policies need to be revised to be employee-friendly.
