No hike when you will get a hike after 1 year. Not that much. They will bench you. You will hire another employee on the same profile with the same designation. Management wants to make money out of you, even if you have knowledge. Everything unnecessary, pressure, internal politics, especially if management handles a UK client, as they had an offer for onshore.
Check your management. They are draining your tech-savvy people. Non-tech people are getting onshore opportunities, even though they don't know an iota of anything.
