Good Balance, Low Pay
I was working here from Kolkata, India. The work culture is pretty good, but it definitely depends upon the managers. For me, however, work-life balance was very good.
The salary structure was not that good. In Kolkata, India, there were very few project opportunities.
Please provide justifications for salary hikes, as it is less than the industry standard.
