Poor Human Resource team. Lack of leadership. Poor people management. Just onboarding lots of people for useless projects. Long bench period leading to skill degradation. No promotions or hikes. Lot of corporate gimmicks without any purpose.
Don’t play with the lives of freshers. Don’t recruit people to show off your company’s gimmicks without a project. At least pay decent salaries for living standards.
