I learned not to trust anyone because of this company!
I was terminated from my position, despite being the only person who continued working during the Russian artillery strikes on February 24, 2022, at the onset of the war.
I took this risk because I was determined to keep my job, even in one of the most terrifying moments of my life.
The reason for my termination: It appeared that Capgemini's decisions were influenced more by business priorities than the well-being of its employees.
Furthermore, the landscape for Ukrainian developers became increasingly challenging due to concerning insurance statistics.
However, it's crucial to emphasize that my contract was terminated prematurely, putting me in a vulnerable situation during the ongoing conflict.
This situation is exacerbated by the fact that I had to leave Ukraine due to the current political climate, making it impossible for me to seek legal recourse.
Be honest, and stop ruining people's lives. There were no solutions offered to me to help me, even though I relocated by myself. The company didn't even offer me to stay to work in Spain since I made it out of dictatorship Ukraine. I have no advice for management, as it's pure evil, and it's a shame to work for Cap.
The interview process was good, with basic questions asked. The interview went well. It started with my general introduction. The interviewer wanted to know if I had in-depth knowledge of what I was working on, so they asked all sorts of questions r
College hiring: 4 rounds. Firstly, an MCQ on technical knowledge. Secondly, an English round. Thirdly, a behavioral round (problem-solving). All rounds are elimination. Once cleared, there is a communication round. Though it is not an elimination
The interview process was online. They asked basic DBMS and Java questions relating to OOPs. There was no HR round, so overall, it was very easy, depending on your interviewer. Prepare your project.
