Office premises are great (I have been in Bangalore).
Seniors and Managers are helpful (entirely depends on project you are working on).
Work-life balance depends on the project.
Lots of learning if you land into a good project.
Freshers' pay is as per market standard.
Less hike and appraisal if you stay for a longer period of time. If you joined as a fresher, there are slight chances you will not get work in the technology/domain you want. You will be allocated a project by the RMG team only.
