The only advantage that I have is the work environment provided by Capgemini, though this differs from project to project.
The pay scale was the worst. We need to grow knowledge-wise and financially through our doings.
Whatever we do, it will not be recognized. Even if they recognize you, it will be way later than your actual recognition time. And also, for that recognition, you will not get a decent hike. This is what I felt at Capgemini.
