No pros at all. This company was my first and it made me have it as my last company.
I was chucked out from this company for very lame reasons. Even after that, I was not notified of my termination. I was not given any kind of compensation but was given a letter which states very lame reasons for me being chucked out of the company. The letter stated that I had worked in their company, and this was told to me to use it as an experience letter. Having it, I am not able to get a job anywhere. My entire life is spoiled; I am now begging for money everywhere. All this was done just for the sake of a transfer to my hometown, which was not only rejected but I was treated like a foolish idiot.
I would suggest people not to join Capgemini, as that is the company which would spoil your future. They blame you for lame reasons and chuck you out, which would lead you to not join any other IT company.
Please first learn to treat the employees well, then do what you wish to, so that the employees give their best in every work they are given.
