Work-life balance. Decent pay scale. Provide more opportunities for employees. Very supportive staff and best for those who want to start an IT career. Office environment is the best. Personally take reviews from employees regarding improvement plans. Non-biased culture. Rewards and recognitions. Gifts and vouchers you will receive.
Sometimes you will feel pressure, however you try to balance things.
Salary prospective, I would say they pay less as compared to the work we do.
Management is very good. On a personal level, I didn't find any loopholes.
