These people, I don't want to name them, but these so-called TLs think keeping the employee on the bench and later giving them unpaid leave on the bench will solve their problems. They don't even have the humanity to consider how an employee who isn't financially strong would manage. Disgusted, absolutely the worst manager and TL I've found, who can't even cooperate with a genuine request.
Management should take strict action against this bunch of people.
