Pros

Work culture is great.

Office premises are great. (I have been in Pune and Mumbai.)

Seniors and Managers are helpful (entirely depends on project you are working on).

Work-life balance (depends on project).

Cons

Less hike and appraisal if you stay for a longer period of time.

If you joined as a fresher, there are slight chances you will not get work in the technology/domain you want. You will be allocated a project by the RMG team only.

If you stay on the bench for a longer period of time (around 3 months or more), there are high chances of layoff.

Advice to Management

Apart from these pros and cons, you will be entitled to 2.0 lakh medical insurance for yourself. If you want to cover your parents, you have to pay for that separately.
