There are no pros about this company.
I just want to share my experience of how this company cheated. They hired me through Test Yantra, and I went through 3 months of training, but it was extended to 5 months. After that, they said I passed the examination and that I would be onboarded when the project came. I mean, if they didn't want to hire, they must say so after the final test online. Why did they waste my time? This is a fraudulent company.
If you don't want to take it, say so on the first day after the final test. Don't waste our time.
I applied through Naukri. The process took more than one week. I got a call from a consultancy for Capgemini. The first round questions asked about: * Yourself * Roles and responsibilities * Frameworks * Selenium * Java coding
The first round was conducted virtually. They asked basic questions about Selenium and Java, such as the usage of Actions in Selenium, handling windows and frames, and finding the second largest element in an array program.
Weekend Drive for Automation Testing. Had 3 rounds back-to-back: 1. Written Java program 2. Face-to-face technical 3. HR round for client and package discussion Everything went smoothly, and the panel moved fast, which was unexpected.
