Work-life balance.
Good infrastructure.
Nothing to say.
As of now, I didn't find anything.
First, there was a written round of Java and Selenium with four options given in a question paper, followed by L1 and L2 interviews. Then, they said HR would get back, and I left for the day.
First round MCQ, followed by tech interviews. Mostly 1 or 2 rounds. Follow by HR discussions. The questions were mostly on the programming language, Java, Framework related and APIs. Mostly medium difficulty.
The interview will be in 3 phases: 1. Technical round: There were 2 rounds I faced, which were totally technical. Each round took 2 to 3 hours. 2. Managerial round: Some project-specific questions and situation-handling-related questions were asked.
