Freshers Talent and Role Management is very bad
Work pressure is low and your job is stable.
You won't get exposure and hands-on new technologies. As a fresher, you mostly work on support projects, which are often in night shifts. Management is not quite good towards freshers.
Don't assume that every fresher is a noob.
