Bangalore office premises are pathetic, except the Divyasree Tech Park office.
An employee has to travel to one office location for collecting a laptop and another location for collecting an ID card. This is the same for submission as well.
The technical evaluation occurred in the first week of July. It was very good. However, the HR discussion took an additional 45 days. This process should have proceeded earlier. Overall, it was a nice experience.
The assessment centre felt really comfortable. They genuinely want to understand who you are. It was split into two parts: * A group exercise * A one-to-one with upper management
