- Good culture with employee-centric environments.
- As of now, there is hybrid working, which helps you maintain work-life balance.
- Except for some projects that require 24x7 support, most other projects have a good amount of time to learn new skills and have a tension-free work life.
- Project allocation should be more skill-based. Most of the time, employees are stuck in projects that won't add any value to their career journey.
- Management is now trying to reduce hybrid benefits, which is not much appreciated by employees.
- Most employees are not getting enough hikes in the yearly review.
- Do not force employees to work from the office. If your work is getting done even when employees are working from home, then why are you forcing them to work from the office and disturb their work-life balance? There are some exceptions where employees take advantage of this facility and try to avoid work. But, for every employee, you have already appointed a dedicated manager. So, it's their responsibility to get the work done from such employees. Please don't punish other honest employees for such exceptions.
