Pros

Cutting-edge work Good salary Freshers have a good opportunity to get accelerated learning in new technologies and rapid development methodologies. Solid benefits Great if you like to travel, since most will not live at the client site.

Cons

Be prepared to work a lot of hours. This is most definitely not a 40-hour work week.

Be comfortable with travel.

You may not stay working in the same technologies from project to project.

Advice to Management

Many get burned out working minimum 50-hour and often 60+ hour work weeks. It isn't sustainable.

However, keep up the good work in other areas. There is a reason Cap is growing so quickly.
