However, the email does not include information about the assigned manager or supervisor. To obtain this, new joiners must reach out to the SPOC. If the SPOC happens to be out of office, this can cause delays and confusion.
Suggestion: To improve the onboarding experience, please consider including the manager/supervisor details along with the SPOC HR contact in the initial onboarding email. This small addition can help new joiners settle in more smoothly and avoid unnecessary follow-ups.
