Work culture is good, they take care of any concern raised by employees. Capgemini also takes care of employee growth with respect to their career.
Management should consider employees' position changes based on experience and performance. Mostly, I see they provide options only when an employee resigns.
Consider position change as per employee performance, and salary should be given as per company standard.
