Lot of opportunities to learn new technologies. Good working environment. Flexible. Safe environment to work in, as I have not seen layoffs even in tough times where other companies do so frequently.
There is no visibility towards the local manager when you are working in a client environment. Efforts spent on the client side are easily overlooked and end up with no real appreciation or pay hike.
