I joined Capgemini after my studies. I joined a team with a good atmosphere and a good working environment. I was able to grow within the project and at the company level.
It's a big company, sometimes hard to navigate. Our contacts can change every year.
I feel like you have to make yourself known to get ahead, and that merit has taken a backseat.
I'm happy with my experience there, but it remains personal and greatly depends on the project you land in.
