You do not get a yearly hike.

HR and managers do not take care of you.

However you work, it doesn't matter; you will get the least rating.

If you have full dependency, then you will get a good rating.

If you get good highest ratings, you also do not get a double hike.

Hikes depend on base salary.

If you want to join CG, join with the highest salary and do not ask for any hike.

Advice to Management

If I advise, also it's not changed.

First of all, care for your low-level employees, not managers.
