Work-life balance Monthly salary
Apart from getting a salary, everything else is a con here.
You do not get a yearly hike.
HR and managers do not take care of you.
However you work, it doesn't matter; you will get the least rating.
If you have full dependency, then you will get a good rating.
If you get good highest ratings, you also do not get a double hike.
Hikes depend on base salary.
If you want to join CG, join with the highest salary and do not ask for any hike.
If I advise, also it's not changed.
First of all, care for your low-level employees, not managers.
It was a nice interview experience; I thoroughly enjoyed it. We had to wait 15 days for the offer letter after selecting the interview. It was a good interview experience. They asked about Java questions.
There were two rounds: one technical and one HR. The overall process was smooth. There was a one-week delay in confirming the second round after the first. Many documents were requested before the offer letter was released.
The interview process is very difficult. One needs to be fully aware of multiple technologies, such as: * AWS Cloud * S3 * EC2 * Networking * Peering * Security Groups * NACL * Database * RDS * Terraform * Packer * Ansible * Git * DevOps process * A
