Please provide projects for freshers immediately after training is finished. Also, please ensure a good hike every year, or else employees will surely leave the company.

A short interview, asking basic technical questions from Python and SQL. I mentioned my comfort with Python, and the questions were not too difficult, remaining straightforward. A few questions were also related to my final year project.
