Low pay and required extra hours of work with no additional pay as a new consultant. Benefits could be improved, moving from Cigna to BlueCross BlueShield. It appeared to be difficult to increase career path for long-term stability with the company.

I took an assessment before moving forward. I was given an email to schedule an interview; unfortunately, no one showed up, and I was sent a rejection email. Besides that issue, the process wasn't that bad.
