Engineer
Short on-campus interview followed by an HR round. There wasn't much of a technical interview; all questions were related to the process and management. Capgemini is a great company to work for.

Firstly, the interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then discuss my technical skills. She also asked some questions about teamwork. Lastly, she guided me on the technical skills that are important.

It's 2 level processes. It was off-campus placement for freshers only. First online aptitude test with coding round; it's easy to moderate level. Second round OS technical basic questions asked.
