  • Misuse of bench.
  • Tenure is not rewarded. Better benefits only come through promotion.
Advice to Management

Reward loyalty and tenure.

Not everyone can or wants to be a VP, so why make that the only path to reward good people for their time and effort?

Look to the ways your competitors – and not just the consulting companies – are rewarding their people.

Titles and a water bottle once in awhile aren't the best or only ways to show appreciation, or attract and keep top talent.

When the market gets better, we'll see how long I stick around.
