Engineer
The process was conducted through campus selection. The interview was short and quick. The interviewer asked basic questions about aircraft and its systems. The salary was non-negotiable, and a contract was not provided.

The interview consisted of three rounds: one aptitude, one technical, and one HR. In the technical round, I was asked about the projects I had put on my CV. The HR round was also easy; only general questions were asked.
