Good working environment, work-life balance, supportive trainers.
As a fresher, I felt somewhat confused making myself comfortable in the office (in our branch). No buddies to clarify our doubts and confusions regarding the working environment. That's the only issue I felt till now.
Please take care of freshers as they are new to the organization and working life. Support them with more actions, such as making them comfortable and helping them feel confident about their career start. Thank you.
