Good work environment and best career progression. The strategy Capgemini uses to provide reviews to employees is very appreciative. I like the company environment.
The thing I liked is the Capgemini rotation plan; for every 18 months, the company will find a new project for software developers.
The only thing I have an issue with is I didn't get the laptop to work while I was working from home. Also, the company won't provide any yearly bonuses. In the past three years, I got only one incentive in March.
Advice for management is to conduct meetings with mid-level and junior developers to better work on their career progression.
Capgemini scheduled a walk-in for a Datastage developer, and I went for the interview. The process took almost 3 hours. The interviewer was very cool, and he covered all aspects of an ETL developer.
Interview Process: * Technical F2F * Lead Round * HR Round Please expect a long waiting time. There was no proper response from staff. I interviewed at the parking area. The building was not properly maintained.
The interview process was in three rounds: * Aptitude * Technical * HR Capgemini is a very good company for freshers, as it provides a fixed salary with a higher basic package and yearly reviews and increments based on ratings provided by HR.
