Good for a first job
Nice atmosphere in the team, management of my team, appreciation from client.
Low salaries, lack of reward after improving work (as reward, we are getting even more work and even shorter deadlines), management of the whole company, management doesn't learn from past mistakes, forced useless trainings, lack of equality in treating employees (those who are strict to CG rules are punished by management, but those who aren't are being rewarded - CG logic).
Listen to your employees and stop being greedy.
