Too bad experience
I really did not see any pros in this company for almost 2 years.
- Heavy workloads and tight deadlines.
- The management is very bad. Some product owners do not know what a product owner is; they just hold the name 'I am a product owner' on their CV.
- Toxic.
- Salary too low.
- Go away from this company if you want to learn.
I do not care how management is improved or how to give them direction. I just want to let new candidates know what it's like to live at this company.
