It's a good company to start as a developer. They provide you with the equipment to do the job. They have good course platforms and offer English classes. Depending on the project, there is more flexibility.
There is little growth. The schedule depends on your project, they do not pay overtime. There are no profit sharing (PTUS) or savings fund. They change your work from remote to in-person/hybrid. They put you on projects that do not match your skills.
