Simple and well-defined process, with a friendly atmosphere. Phone interview, HR interview, then a technical interview. The process is followed and a response is given at the end of each stage.

Technical interview: 3 rounds. 2 with Capgemini, 1 client round. The client round was a bit difficult. Basic questions were asked; fundamentals need to be strong. The HR people are good at their work.
